Hollie Leckie runs our commercial property offering and has a decade’s experience of commercial property transactions with particular expertise in the field of development work.
Hollie has ten years’ experience of working in commercial property for a major practice in the City of London. Hollie a client-led and highly driven lawyer who frequently wins plaudits from her clients for her commercial, ‘can do’ approach in driving deals forwards. Hollie has extensive experience in real estate finance acting for a range of commercial funders. Hollie also handles all the property-related issues arising out of our insolvency matters and has a great deal of experience in acting for LPA receivers and others.
At AMB Law we have experience of all areas of commercial property but particularly in the corporate recovery arena. We are on the panel for number of commercial property funders and frequently advise our clients in respect of enforcement options and commercial property solutions. We also act for many of the top firms of LPA receivers in the country and are currently dealing with a variety of commercial property assignments ranging from single unit retail sites to large, multi-occupancy, tenanted office blocks and business parks.
