AMB Law is on a number of panels for commercial lenders including buildings societies and specialist bridging finance providers. We regularly advise secured creditors in relation to the validity of their security and the options available to them in relation to its enforcement or otherwise dealing with the recalcitrant debtor.
We regularly advise on the appointment of fixed charge receivers over substantial assets – particularly substantial real estate portfolios. We also act for LPA receivers in relation to all aspects of their receivership including dealing with all property-related issues.
